We are all looking for answers. High and low... That’s why we wildly aim our questions like a spotlight on our environment or our inner world. But sometimes, that’s not enough. Although we've lit up the whole scenery, we can’t find our answers.

We have to search at the right place, sometimes hidden in plain sight. Only then, our answers can show up. That’s why asking pertinent questions is so important.

They help us to get awareness and insights about our external and internal world. If we ask helpful questions, their answers help us recognize and understand our situation and reactive patterns. They help us change our lives, whether it be our mindset, emotions, or behavior.

If you are struggling with something in your life right now, ask yourself if you are asking the right question. Maybe it’s time to find another angle? Another viewpoint? Another origin?

Asking questions plays a significant role in my work as a coach. Today we turn the tables! I want to invite you to reflect: What question would I like to ask myself today?

Enjoy the process of looking for the right question instead of the correct answer. Once you find a question that feels fruitful to you, please write it down. Now, you can start reflecting on your answers. What will you find out?
